Quick Start Guide
Get your business up and running with KiraBiz Accounting Plus in minutes.
1 Installation
- Download the installer
KiraBiz_Accounting_Plus_Setup.exefrom your purchase link. - Run the installer. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click "More Info" and then "Run Anyway".
- Follow the on-screen instructions. The application will install to your local user folder for maximum compatibility.
- Once finished, a shortcut will be created on your Desktop.
2 First Launch
Double-click the KiraBiz Accounting Plus icon on your desktop. The application will perform a brief background check and launch your default web browser in "App Mode".
💡 Tip: KiraBiz uses a background local server. Do not close the small command window if it appears, as this is the engine powering your software.
3 Company Setup
On the "Welcome" screen, you have two main options:
- Open Sample Company: Explore the software with pre-loaded data (ABC Enterprise Sdn Bhd).
- Create New Company: Start fresh with your own business. Enter your company name and choose an industry template to automatically generate your Chart of Accounts.
Navigate to Settings → Company Info to upload your logo and set your address for invoices.
4 License Activation
KiraBiz starts in Trial Mode. To unlock full features and remove watermarks:
- Go to Settings → Licensing.
- Enter your 5-digit Postcode.
- Click "Request via WhatsApp". This will automatically send your Unique Machine ID to our support team.
- Once you receive your Activation Key, paste it into the "Activation Key" box and click Activate Product.
