Partner Program Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 10, 2026
Welcome to the KiraBiz Certified Partner Program. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in our affiliate and partner ecosystem. By signing up, you agree to comply with these professional standards.
1. Eligibility & Participation
To participate, you must be a registered business or qualified individual professional in Malaysia. While an MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants) license is not mandatory for initial entry, it is required to reach "Silver" and "Gold" tiers.
2. The "Practice License" Benefit
KiraBiz grants active Partners a non-transferable, "Free Forever" license for one (1) company file. This license is intended strictly for the Partner's own internal accounting firm books. Misuse or resale of this license will result in immediate termination.
3. Referral Commissions
- Bronze: 15% recurring commission on client license purchases.
- Silver: 20% recurring commission.
- Gold: 25% recurring commission.
Commissions are calculated on the net sale price (excluding SST and bank fees) and are paid out monthly via bank transfer, provided a minimum threshold of RM 100 has been met.
4. Professional Conduct
Partners agree to represent KiraBiz accurately. You shall not:
- Engage in spam or unethical marketing practices.
- Make false claims regarding LHDN or statutory compliance.
- Create "fake" accounts or self-referrals to inflate commission.
5. Data Privacy & Local-First Context
KiraBiz is a local-first software. When a client shares a database file (.sqlite3) with you for audit purposes, you are acting as a Data Processor under Malaysian PDPA laws. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and secure any client data stored on your firm's hardware.
6. Regulatory Compliance Disclaimer
While KiraBiz automates calculations based on 2026 LHDN, KWSP, and SOCSO scales, the final responsibility for tax filing and statutory accuracy remains with the business owner and their appointed tax agent or accountant.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
